Property Preservation Work Will Include
- Grass cuts
- Lock changes
- Lockbox installation
- Winterizations
- Dead tree removal
- Shrub trimming
- Board-ups debris
- Trash outs
- Hazard removal
- Mold remediation
- Inspections
*Rehabs range from minor repairs to full renovations.
